Founder & Managing Director
Scott established Kings Resources in 2006 to provide the highest quality recruitment services specialising in Information Technology recruitment.
Scott has over 28 years of Management, Recruitment and Solution Sales experience. He is very experienced within the Recruitment Industry managing and owning businesses.
He is currently serving on the board of NPAworldwide – a global membership based organisation with over 500 Recruitment firms.
Scott’s vision is for Kings Resources to be an extension of your business and a trusted partner in helping your business to success. He and his team take a great amount of pride in placing not just people, but the right people.
Account Manager
Laura is an experienced Account Manager having worked in the recruitment industry since 2011. She has gained an extensive understanding of skill requirements for IT specific roles. Having worked on the client side herself in the UK for nearly 20 years, this has enabled her to understand what our clients require in a candidate and how the role will support their IT function.
Laura’s passion from being a project manager in her past life has enabled her to understand clients pain points, pressures and issues in programs end to end allowing her to communicate at their level in order to provide high quality candidates with system experience required for the specialised requirements.
Laura joined Kings Resources in October 2016 and has since dedicated herself to developing strong relationships with our clients.
Recruitment Consultant
Melissa has been working within the recruitment industry for the past eight years. Prior to employment in Australia, she was working for an ISO certification company for two years as a GM’s Assistant and Coordinator. In this role, she was responsible for coordinating Training, Audits and meetings for the GM and staff across cities and countries in the Gulf region while also communicating with staff within the Management Services Department as well as HR & Finance.
Melissa then moved to Brisbane in 2009 to complete a Masters in Human Resources and joined the Kings Resources team in October 2011 as a Recruitment Consultant. She has worked on roles ranging from Level 1 Help Desk to Senior roles in the software, banking, healthcare and government sectors. Her attention to detail while screening candidates and ability to provide a detailed account of their background to prospective clients is excellent. She also has the ability to ask candidates the right questions so as to gauge cultural and personality fit apart from technical requirements that are necessary to be successful in a particular job/organisation. This is done to ensure we place the right personalities in the right organisations where they can add value, grow and thrive in a high pressure environment as compared to others.
Finance Manager
Lisa is our Finance Manager with over 30 years of experience in her role. She ensures our systems for contractor payments and client invoicing are accurate and on time. Lisa also works on all other accounting functions for Kings Resources.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Nidhi is a seasoned Information Technology Recruiter with a proven track record of 17 years in the industry. Her passion lies in connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations, and she brings a wealth of experience in sourcing, identifying, and placing exceptional professionals in key roles.
Nidhi spent initial 7 years in an agency and the last decade in a corporate role which helps her understand both worlds well. Prior to her current role, she worked at Indeed Singapore for 6 years where she built the engineering team from scratch. She joined Kings Resources in 2023 and swiftly delivered high-quality candidates for clients. Throughout her career, she specialized in recruiting for a diverse range of IT roles, not limited to Software Engineers, Product Managers, Software Testing professionals, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, and Project Managers. Her in-depth understanding of the IT landscape enables her to match candidates with positions that align not only with their skills but also with their career aspirations. Her ability to adapt to the evolving tech landscape, combined with her strategic approach to talent acquisition, has resulted in successful placements that have positively impacted business outcomes.
